This proposed 39 000-square-foot building consists of 4 storeys of residential apartments over one level of parking and retail/commercial space at street level. Due to the slope of the site, the principal level will be above the parking, commercial space, and apartments. The entrance lobby, amenity/commercial space, and a live-work unit will all front on Chapel Street. The architecture is inspired by the turn of the century ‘urban fabric’ building adjacent on Front Street, as well as the significant presence of a large 19-storey apartment tower on the opposite corner.
